bookings in advance are recommended to avoid disappointment.  bookings on the day may be possible if availability permits.

cancellation policy

basement grooming understands that there may be certain times when you are unable to keep your booking due to unforseen circumstances.  by way of courtesy we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice of cancellations or alterations to your scheduled bookings.
